Magicland Farms — Attraction in Sherman Township

I'll preface this by saying I went on the 5th of July at around noon, so my poor experience could have been a result of the stand being closed for the 4th or something, but man, I was thoroughly underwhelmed and unimpressed.

We drove up and there was no one there. We walked into the produce barn and all that was stocked were two tables with a few bags of peas. There was no one manning a register or anything, just a cash box sitting on the counter.

I walked over to the herbs section and the plants that I could identify (only about half of the specimens had visible identification) all looked dry and...

Magicland is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Thier sweet corn is beyond awesome... and even lends great flavor when parboiled and used from the freezer. There is literally, nothing like it. It has made other sweet corn less yummy... but SO worth it! They are up and running now -7/8/18 and the folks there are not only wonderful, but knowledgeable! They grow and harvest all their own food... they even have a killer newsletter so you know what...

I love going here at least once a year. Specifically to get pumpkins and squash! Really great prices and it's a lot of fun. Update 1yr later I still love this place! It is truly a hidden gem!
