For all my Natives Americans brothers, Sisters, Elderlys, New comers here's my experience now lately. As customers like me. Northen Edge Casino I don't not appreciate the Securitys, and Valets. In Farmington needs to be change, and I the Security have most of them, have a lack of care of helping, lazy of thier rudeness. The Casino the Valets should understand, why someone up front parks there, and material respect for Natives Americans at the entrance opening the doors, and being willing to help and understand as a person not by skin, for the Staff i say a native guy istting trying to watch a football game, athe green gambling table even it was closed the manger chase him off, off the sit table when was watching a football just kindly enjoying the NFL right infront me. if was a white person, he just let be and sit there no fair and not right. The Casino should put the Wheel chairs up front, and always have the securitys stretch them out, for customers always to have someone to sit on, like elders and people have problems that can't walk. Giving Navajo people with respect, manners, and kindly with appreciate and enjoy our time valets the same too. Something should change, of staffs should care. Or else i should go to some other Casino that does have care, and cool workers there instead of giving my money away getting them rich let's shut them down if thier gonna treat Natives people like that. You all don't believe me, got there in see what goes as a Native engine being a red skin. When they kicked us, to the curve of prejudice cause we're not white. Stop discrimination Natives Northen Edge especially white people that worked thier. end the game of discrimination and look at us of your own reflection if you...
Read moreI wouldn't recommend. Me and my family went to eat out at the food court. When we got to the front we were asked for an ID and I was like thats understanding so my family showed their ids except me cuz I am under 21 and left my ID at home. Then they didn't believe that my bf was over 21 and kept ID checking him but not my other older relatives. So we finally got to the food court and I had to use the restroom and again. I didn't feel comfortable going because I didnt have an ID and security said I wasn't allowed on the floor but I rlly had to use the restroom so I went cause i thought it was an reasonable thing I had to do. I dont even gamble at all. But the food court was surrounded with security and when I went to the restroom my family got ID'd again because I went to the restroom?? But there was other minors there and their families weren't getting ID'd so I dont understand why they were harassing us even tho we just came to eat. Then when we were leaving the food court and got asked for ID again even tho we showed them over and over. We asked why they keep asking us and they said they were talking among each other and were saying me and my bf were minors even tho my bf showed proper identification multiple times clarifying he is an adult and I told them myself I was just there to eat. I am an understanding person when it comes to rules and security having to do their job but i just think they were doing too much and pretty much felt like harassment at that point. It just made my whole meal experience feel like we weren't being trusted and I felt so uncomfortable by all that. I have no...
Read moreI like this casino, it's big and spacious. Although she slots banks are too close together for wheel chairs to not pass through. The drink servers are awesome, Kayla who also works in the food department is extremely considerate of her customers. It's strange how the Blackjack tables are tucked as far away from the front doors as possible. Isn't it sort of a standard for table games to be the first games seen when walking into a casino? There's one Security Guard with dark blonde hair who is also very considerate in opening the front doors when leaving the casino. Many, Many, Many times I've struggled with the doors with the Valet Employees just standing (when not parking or retrieving a players vehicle) at their podium either just watching me struggling to hold the door open and pushing the wheel chair through. We never have this problem at Flowing Waters where the security and players club personnel are the sharpest to respond. I know there's a wheelchair accessible automatic door but out of respect for the Sacred image tiled on the ground entrance, I instead choose to use the furthest left doors to avoid walking on the Image. Another great feature is the one Pokémon Stop at the front entrance awning. If more Pokémon stops are placed on the property I can almost be certain more adults who play the game will come to the casino in search of some of the unusual Pokémon who...
