Beautiful falls. The area is very easy to access. It is well marked and the access the falls is a quick walk (about 1 minute). This is not a distance hike kind of thing. There are some slippery and icy parts so be careful with the kids and the dogs. There is plenty of parking- two large lots. There is a house on the other side of the driveway but it is clearly marked as private so be respectful please. Once when Andy, Chris and I were on a canoe trip on the upper Delaware River we stopped for lunch and walked up to an old abandoned farm house. It was a really cool place. But I had broken my metatarsal at the time when I dropped a couch on my foot so I didn’t go with them because it was a bit precarious. They came back and said they found an old locked chest in the abandoned farmhouse and broke it open only to find it empty. A bit of a let down. Maybe it was magic and they couldn’t actually see what was in the chest because they’re non believers. Chris was always the skeptical type but I would have expected...

Really nice falls that are only a quick—very quick—walk from the parking lot. The falls are quite large and impressive. There are a couple little paths you can take to get better views of it. You can also walk around on the falls. Just be sure to be careful as some spots are slippery. Some areas that were not wet were still slippery for me wearing hiking boots.

There is plenty of parking, but the falls can definitely get crowded. The falls are close by though so there is a quick turnover of cars in the lots.

There was a bit of gross foam in some of the more stagnant areas. Overall though, worth the quick 10 minute...

1st time visit and we had a sudden snow squall while we were there exploring so it was so special! This place is probably beautiful in every season! My 70yr old mom and I had no problem getting around the walkways. We were the only people there for the entire time(like 30-40min) but like i said it was snow sqalling off and on and it was in the 30°s. Looks like a good place to swim in the summer but not sure if it's allowed, haven't looked into it but the trails are well traveled down to the water. At any rate, can't wait to return...

Beautiful falls, we did the hike down from the larger dam. I would highly recommend sneakers and going on a dry day. The ledge to see the full falls gets a bit thin in some areas and theres no hand rail or bracing on much of the hike. I would totally do this again, it was a quick hike and absolutely beautiful and quite impressive (even before you get to the bottom). The road in is tight, there was a flatbed trailer coming in as we were leaving and we both went into the scrub on the shoulder to get by.
