Tuckahoe Creek Park — Attraction in Short Pump

This is no doubt a very peaceful environment! Parking is different, slightly no existent and the location that I was brought to really isn't very friendly for parking. Therefore you have to go on some side roads to find a spot. Once I got to the situated and walked around, it was well worth the parking challenge. It's a beautiful place to go by yourself and meditate or read a book, the other element is to enjoy with loved ones or your pet. This is a lovely environment and it is one to be enjoyed! The area is saturated with water fowl and beautiful birds flying around. Truly stunning.

this is the second park in western Henrico that is only accessible if you are on foot:/ you can park your car but you will be parking in front of a residential house, if you're okay with that then you can walk the rest to the park. like the other reviews I cannot stress this is not a park. namely because it's simply a tiny little dock with a view. it takes less than a minute to walk the whole deck. not good for walking fitness exercise dogs etc simply a nice little stop point in the neighborhood to see marshes lily pads...

Tuckahoe Creek Park is one of my favorite parks to go to. It’s not big, but it offers peaceful scenery and a variety of wildlife to observe. Many species of animals can be found here, such as herons, ducks, geese, hawks, owls, songbirds, turtles, frogs, muskrats, beavers, otters, etc. It’s an ideal place for wildlife photographers.
