Both poker and reel games are available and a large portion of the machines have USB ports to charge your phone. Smoking is allowed inside, though there is a roped off section for non-smokers. Ashtrays available beside each appropriate machine. The seats are cushioned, none are broken or ripped, and comfortable. They offer a players reward card which grants cash exchange for a certain amount of points accumulated as well as sends mailers to the address on file with vouchers for free play. They host a give away each day, multiple times where a wheel is spun and the number it lands on, which corresponds to a seat and gaming machine, if occupied and being played well win cash prizes worth proof of a valid ID. They have a security guard on staff for age verification and to insure no one leaves with any beverages. Drinks are served by a staff member (usually one or two per shift) and they include soft drinks, and a self serve coffee designated area in the back by the door leading to the restrooms. Security guard is no better. No smiles, no warm hellos, just plain grumpy. If either one of them would step down, I would gladly take their place, and show them how customers are supposed to be greeted and treated! Bet! And then to add insult to injury, they just "decided" to close early and made us cash out 30 minutes after we arrived.
