They are disorganized and unreliable. I would not recommend to anyone else. I planned a trip here for my best friends birthday months in advance. Our tour and tasting time was 12pm. There was a group of 4 of us who all took off of work to come. 3 of us drove 1.5 hours and 1 of us drove 3 hours. Upon arriving i noticed no other cars were there and I wasnât sure where to go, so I called the main number. The owner (I guess) answered. I told him the situation and he responded that they had to close because the employee for the day had called out. I asked if anyone else was coming to replace them and asked why no one had called since theyâd been âopenâ for an hour before our reservation time. He said no because he lived an hour away and wasnât coming and they didnât have a number down for me (even though they asked for it when I made the reservation). He only offered to allow us to come back for a premium tasting at another time, which I will more than likely not use since I donât want to take off again...
Read moreI visited for the first time today with my wife and son (he's 5, so he stuck to his milk box). We had a delightful time, and I particularly enjoyed the extent to which the folks at Royal Rabbit explained everything. We then headed inside to a really delightful tasting room, where we embarked on a broad survey of their available wines. The woman (I'm sorry; we've forgotten your name) giving the tour went a bit off script, letting us taste a few wines that weren't marked for tasting. I'm glad she did, as we were able to enjoy a decent cross section of their offerings. We ended up buying an assortment of 6 bottles, but I'm sure we'll be back later to try some of the others. All in all a...
Read moreRoyal Rabbit was a pleasant surprise following our OK experience at Basignani. The small but Cozy appeal had instantly drawn us in. We knew that this place was going to be a great time from the beginning. The grounds are very well maintained, in addition to having splendid outside sitting area. This is paired with Bocce Ball and Cornhole for those interested. Our hostess, personality had us feeling at home in no time. Terry was warm, comforting, and extremely knowledgeable. She had that passion about wine we love seeing. The owner peaked in briefly and seemed like a nice person as well. Great wine selection, and for $24 dollars you get a tasting for 2 with a bottle of your choice and the glasses to keep. Great value, wine, and hospitality....
