Stayed here at the dawn of May, 2023. Nobody else in the "campground" which is really 5 big RV slots with picnic tables, electric and water. We were camping. Nice grassy field for the tent, fairly well protected from the ceaseless wind, very clean bathrooms with nice hot showers for 75 cents, and a pleasant park surrounding an artificial lake. Birds, wildflowers, and a fen. Quiet except that farmers get up early, and then the highway gets noisy. All in all, a very choice spot for someone trying to find a decent campsite in...
   Read moreWillow Creek is one of my favorite places to fish. You're not gonna walk away with trophies, but it's a great place to take a walk, relax the mind, and enjoy being outdoors. I see people kayak here a lot. It's next to the highway, but that doesn't really dampen the experience. Picnics, fishing, walking trails, relaxing, kayaking, and camping can all be enjoyed here....
