Read moreRANGERS- The rangers there were very nice. We only interacted with two of them. One we found in the general store area where he told us all about the items inside and what they might have been used for. The other ranger was just as knowledable but he was more located in the visitor center.
HISTORY- You can see all different parts of the history here. Although the fort is rebuild as a replica you can see where the buildings would go along with how things would have been set up inside of them.

MUSEUM- The museum showed the different kinds of pelts of the animals in the area. It also showed the story about all the different events and such that went on...
Read moreHistoric site with an interesting backstory. Long walk from the main parking lot to the fort, especially on a hot day. There is a tiny parking lot slightly closer in, but it was full, and even from there it's a considerable walk, partly uphill, to get into the fort. Would be helpful to make the sign more visible and add one at the other larger parking lot. Good exhibits inside, especially enjoyed getting to touch all the different types of furs that were traded...
