Lake Roberts — Attraction in Silver City

Beautiful place in the mountains. We saw a number of people canoeing and fishing there. At night the Milkyway came up with all it’s glory. Serene lake. The roads leading up to the place from I-25 are winding and a little sketchy at places. We had to wait as the cops were pulling out a truck from the steep drop next to the road. There was a fatal accident there a week earlier....
