Eaton Mountain Ski Area — Attraction in Skowhegan

This is a small family oriented mountain. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They are only partially open for skiing with one rope tow serving one easy beginner's slope. It was perfect for the 13 year old's second downhill experience. We literally had the slope to ourselves with a private lift operator. They are fully open for tubing. My trip to the "mountain" was quite dissapointing. My group of 3 bought tickets and two rentals for snowboarding, not knowing and not being told the lift was not working.
