Canadian River Winery and Vineyard — Attraction in Slaughterville

This is unlike any wine I've ever had. I'm from Arizona. I've had many wines there from Sonoita of the Italian varieties. I've had many expensive wines from Napa and other regions in the United States and from Europe. I've tasted from all over the globe. I can tell you that this vineyard is worth a visit because it really represents the local region and the characteristics that the grapes would yield from the land. You really taste the forest. You really taste the mossy, vegetal, earthy notes in the reds, yet the whites surprisingly grow very nicely yielding exquisite citrus, sweet notes. posted on fb community page and the owner reached out to me. this was all for my sisters 21, the owner set up a little table her her and i and let us try almost all their wine, she prepared a charcuterie board, andy sister got to take a wine bottle home for a great deal. they let us walk around and talk photos and even to let us to walk around in the vineyard and pick grapes. even went out of their way to set a birthday set up for my little sister. their best friend makes desserts and the owner gave us free cheese cake with cute little candles. even bowed everything up for us. such an amazing owner, i don’t usually write reviews but this is so much more worthy than a review. thank you for an experience and...

Very nice winery that is always a pleasure to visit. This place has been around for many years and they have never disappointed. They carry and produce exceptional wines with a wide selection to choose from. That any wine connoisseur would appreciate, love or enjoy. The vineyard grounds also make for a great place to host wedding events.
