I have been to a lot of trails in the Atlanta Metro and this may be the best trail/park to take your children to to learn how to bike and bike better. The small loops that go around the main open area allow for kids to practice their skills and get a little anxiety and adventure in. There is a big skillls area with rock lines to practice, dirt jumps, and a concrete pump track. The latter, save for the pump track, should only be done by more skilled riders children or adult.
