I am a photographer who called and scheduled my visit at 7pm. I already was on the farm before and knew the pricing policy and that there is a place in the table to put money in. No one was there when I arrived at 7pm. I walked to the table and put money in with some extra tips. When I was almost done a lady arrived and started to yell on me for not calling. I told her I called and scheduled but she told me she only have someone scheduled for tomorrow. I replied that it might be misunderstanding and she accidentally scheduled me on a wrong day. She kept yelling and humiliating me in front of my clients even after I showed her my call records proving I called yesterday and told I put the money in the table (the special hole there). She replied she don’t have key from the table and can’t trust me😵💫 I offered my business card with all my info in case she will not find money from me tomorrow when she’ll get a key. She told she can’t trust my cards like they are fake. She pushed me to pay again. I paid twice for professional photography $20 and for each person $10… Bit honestly it’s not about money, I was crying all evening feeling how unfair was all this experience !!! I called in advance, paid with tips and got this???Such a crazy experience and I just wish I can do more than just leaving this review. I really like the farm itself but after this happened I am definitely not...
Read moreThe owner was hostile and disrespected us in front of other families even though we admitted it was our fault for not seeing the little board for payment and that there was no one at the booth when we arrived. We were just traveling and stumbled upon the small lavender farm without prior research. The sign to pay is small, and so we did not see it, and assumed the booth is for purchasing merchandise. There was no one there when we arrived so we accidentally went in to take a couple photos. After noticing we went into take photos without paying, the owner starts yelling at us, and even though we immediately agreed to go to pay after she notified and we admitted it was our fault for missing the board, she kept yelling about how come we are educated but doesn't pay, and we are rude for doing that, while we were heading over to pay. She kept on yelling and talking down to us as if we are lesser than her, but we already agreed to pay and only said we did not see the board or anyone. It is not like we argued with her about paying, we paid immediately, but she kept yelling and acted hostile to us as if we were uneducated, in front of others. We were embarrassed and disrespected and we shall not return (they must be very happy seeing they got rid of us). So just a warning to everyone that you have to pay if you want to go or you shall receive this treatment...
Read moreThis is a hidden gem for Summer travelers. We visited during second week of july and there were still so much lavender there. We loved the environment in the farm. The people there were friendly and helpful. You can take a basket and cut your own lavenders and pay at the end, a handful of flowers costs $5 which is very good price, I still have my flowers dried in a vase that I got a month and half ago. I also bought the lavender oil which they press there and I must say it is one of the best oils I’ve tried. I got stung by a bee so I recommend wearing full sleeves while visiting the farm but the staff took care if me and helped to get rid of the bee sting and applied the same lavender oil and it really worked. This is a great place to take pictures and kids love here too so this place can be considered for family day out. One should definitely maintain social distance themselves as there was no hard rules there but people were wearing masks when I visited which is a good thing. Snoqualmie falls is very near to this place so one can make a stop while visiting the falls as well. They also sell other lavender products which they make it in there so if you like to support a local business then you can buy their products. They also take orders in bulk through phone or email. Lastly, I would recommend wearing a hat if you visit during...
