Our daughter enrolled in the materials engineering degree for her undergrad. She loves the student to faculty ratio, and in particular the willingness of her professors to go the extra mile to ensure the students learn and are challenged, truly remarkable! So many aspects of this school truly make it the gem it is - a value for its price and location.
My only criticism would be dealing with the registrar's office. There is a woman who works there named Heather, who's bad mood and unwillingness to help does not reflect the school and the overwhelmingly positive and helpful nature found here. Read moreBe careful with their financial aid office. They will set you up for failure. They haven't been paying for classes and certificates for several students. They will also flag you in the system to not receive any grants even though the verbiage says you're authorized to receive. So use caution when dealing with them. You might end up having to pay for everything. Even after you are almost done with class because they are having a hard time reading their own guidelines...
