Sand Springs Venue — Attraction in Solomon

I had THE most perfect wedding day. You second guess every decision during wedding planning because you just want everything just right. Do not second guess this venue! Gina and Tamara are amazing. Tamara worked our bar and I didn’t have a to lift a finger. I even told her the wrong time and she dropped what she was doing and came right in. Gina helped in so many little things (little big things) things that I didn’t think about. This day wouldn’t have gone the way it did without those two. If they don’t sell you on it the venue will.

It was beautiful. The flowers were blooming all over the venue and the ceremony area beamed with life with green grass and more flowers blooming everywhere. The double doors gave a dramatic effect to my entrance. The bridal suite was a dream and it was well air conditioned. It might not seem like it was a big deal but for a girl in a wedding dress during on a spring/summer day… it is! I saw reviews talking about the dirt road but it is less than a mile into a dirt road. We even had a party bus come get us and he had no problems!

They let you borrow their huge selection of decor at no charge. I would suggest having someone at the end of the night in charge of just clearing the venue decor and checking it off to ease clean up! Clean up included decor pick up and pushing tables back they had a crew come and clean afterwards.

Oh! We were also able to have our dog at the venue. There’s a boarding place right across the street it was so easy to drop her off after pictures and pick her up next morning when we picked up our cars!

We had so many compliments from our guests about the venue. They appreciated the bathrooms being updated, the well air conditioned building, and the outside area where you could sit or play yard games.

So to end this long review… thank you so much for playing a huge roll on such a big day for us. We will never forget it and will gladly recommend you to anyone...

We absolutely loved Sand Springs. They go above and beyond for anything and everything we needed help with. Gina helped me pin my veil in prior to our ceremony!! We were struggling hard with it but she did absolutely amazing and it didn’t budge all night. Now I am a sweaty drinker… Tamara would dab my sweat off at the bar every time I came for another drink!!

Aside from Gina and Tamara being absolutely amazing the venue is so beautiful. All of the landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. When we had our first visit we walked in and all of my little gurl dreams came true and that’s how we knew that Sand Springs was for us! Once you book they have so many decorations that you are able to pick and choose from and they aren’t afraid to hop in when you are feelings stuck with some of the decorating. Again, best...

We had our wedding reception at Sand Springs and it was truly everything we dreamed of and more! The venue is absolutely stunning with places to take photos both inside and outside.

The staff went above and beyond every step of the way. They are incredibly responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. They were flexible with our needs, worked seamlessly with our other vendors, and made the entire planning process feel so much easier.

We rented the venue for both Friday and Saturday and everyone helped make the days run smoothly. From setting up to taking down, the owners did a wonderful job. They always made sure we had all of the decorations we needed and would answer any questions we had.
