Shadow Lake — Attraction in Solon

Nice, peaceful place that is good for a nice but short nature walk around the pond. Also great for fishing. I come here a lot. My only complaint is that often times there are too many people on a nice day so if you're looking for a place to be alone with nature and your thoughts then this is not the place. This lake is a small lake best suited for fishing. There is plenty of seating at the beginning but as you get around to the back of the lake it's just mainly spots for fishing. The whole length around the lake is 0.6 of a mile. On the backside of the lake there is a small area at the top of the hill where there are a couple of picnic tables looking out over the lake.
