I bought a package of Uriah Farm dates and a jar of honey yesterday at a pop-up market holiday sale on 7th Ave. in Phoenix (Jabz Boxing Gym). The Medjool dates are the best I’ve ever tasted (tender, sweet, delicate) and the Arizona honey is fantastic. I tasted it this morning (on Pillsbury flaky biscuits) and it briefly triggered childhood memories of old fashioned horehound candy. No other dates compare to the dates from Urais Farm. I use them to make my homemade almond milk. I put goat cheese inside the date's and enjoy w cracker's. I make homede Samoas made with dates, coconut and dark chocolate. The dates from Urais Farms are clearly a more...
