I took my Little Sister out to the farm for Dairy Goat Weekend. They had taste tests between goat milk and cows milk, goat milking and of course, plenty of little goats to pet. We totally fell in love with the goats! Their goat cheese is fantastic! They have a little shop where you can buy cheese, milk, yogurt and smoothies. We got to shake goats milk in little ramikens until it turned into butter, which only took about 10 minutes. There were several booths set up at the farmers market which is there every weekend. Read moreStopped by here on our way back to Massachusetts from a weekend camping trip in Maine. This place is wonderful. Met the owners and their kids and they made us feel so welcomed. We had free coffee as we walked around the farmers market, picked up some fresh strawberries, pastries, raw goats milk, goat cheese and chèvre. Got to pet all the many baby goats as well. We visited today (Open Farm Day) and got to learn about their cheese making process and were able to meet the goats (who are very sweet and love to nibble!) as well as getting some things from their farmers market.
