If you are looking a quite, secluded, and off-the-beaten-path place for a picnic, this is it. The building is perfect for a family get-together, but there are no reservations so it's first-come first-service. There were only three other people there when we arrived, and two others who pulled up when we were leaving. I had read that the actual Molly's Rock was not located in park area, but on private property, and the land owners allow visitors to explore the rock area. However, there were no directions on where to find the rock, and we were unable to locate it.    Read moreI know this is a very good place for daily private and relaxing. Never crowded and very beautiful and relaxing. The pond is not good for fishing anymore because its only stocked once a year for the kids fishing rodeo. And over the 25 years I've been going here its been drained many times. I took my children fishing here 20 years ago and could catch fish. But of course having to drain it a few times took its toll on the fishing unless some got left after the fishing rodeos for the children.
