A little hard to find the falls. The map shows a park office which wasn't found (must be gone). Turns out the trail head was just beyond the lower parking lot. It was one of the red-marked Leroy trails on the map. Once we started walk8ng that trail, we came up9n tbe falls very quickly and short distance from the parking lot. They are small but pretty and enjoyable. Worth tbe short walk if you can set about on the right path. Read moreThis waterfall is absolutely gorgeous. But it is not marked very well. (Hence the 3 stars) When you enter Pleasant Ridge County Park, pull into the first lot on the right to park. Walk towards the back to the Leroy Smith Trail and go in on the left side. Within 3 minutes or so you will see the waterfall. Walk another 30 seconds up and there’s another piece of it. It is so peaceful. Trail is narrow with some roots but kids as young as 4 can walk it. Just be sure to help them...
