Buffalo Hunt Coaster — Attraction in South Dakota

I would love to give this ride a five star. But I had a misunderstanding with the checkout clerk. I understood I had unlimited rides and I purchased a wristband for my grandson. The ride itself was fantastic, but once for me was actually enough. But my grandson wanted me to go with him for three rides. After the third ride I was told very abruptly, and other words were exchanged, not to get in line again, in front of other customers. Now had I just been pulled aside and told there was a misunderstanding, I would have happily paid for another wristband and all would have been settled. I was truly not happy with the clerk's service and attitude and brought it to the attention of who I thought was in charge, I am not to sure she took action, I hope she did, but she really didn't seem to care. The coaster wasn’t working. I asked to be let off and a refund the worker said just go around anyway while they fixed the guns. I asked for my money back and didn’t want to go around again after they fixed it as it was hard in my body. The owners kid “maintenance man” got an attitude and said I couldn’t get my money back bc I rode it. I told him I said to the worker I wanted a refund and to be let off and she didn’t let me. He was unbelievably rude and would t let me speak to anyone. I have a medical condition where I didn’t think I should ride it again. He could have been polite but instead was combative and was yelling at me and blamed the worker but did nothing about the fact I asked to be let off.

Loved it! The employees made the entire experience enjoyable for every age. The man who put our seatbelts on was very funny and showed us how to shoot the buffalo. The ride isn't just about flying around the air, but its mostly about shooting the buffalo. For those who find coasters too intense or you get sick, don't worry! My mother who gets sick on baby coasters at theme parks got off perfectly fine! The only downside was that closer to the end there wasn't much to shoot at. I suggest that the owner should put a few buffalo underneath you while up high. Other than that its absolutely perfect! The camera that shows you and the guns both work perfectly and are never buggy, and the clerk will give you a free ride if you get your video which is only six bucks! You should definitely try this coaster out...
