Just got back from visiting here. An amazing find. Can't say enough about this place. Just minutes outside of the main part of Mullica Hill in the rural part of Gloucester County, I can't believe I never noticed this place. This a farm stand on a grand scale. In amongst apple orchards and countless other crops, lies a 2 story farmstand/restaurant selling everything from farm fresh produce to baked goods and local made wine. On the second floor is a restaurant that is run by Rastelli foods, famous for their pasta and meats. Talk about farm to table, it doesn't get any fresher than this. We decided to dine in the loft, the spot on the second floor above the store. Right now, they only serve lunch but they will expand to start serving dinner also. I had a crab cake sandwich with homemade potato chips. The best crab cake sandwich I have ever had. Reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Before we had lunch, we took a wagon ride out to the fields to pick sunflowers and vegetables. U-pick vegetables are very reasonably priced and plentiful. I picked heirloom tomatoes, peppers, and butternut squash. All kinds of hot and sweet peppers, eggplant are also ripe and ready. The apples are not ready yet, but when they are, they will be plentiful. There are also several things for the kids to do here also. Too many things to mention here, but I am looking forward to the fall when they fire up the fire pit. This is a place worth visiting. I will be...

My husband and I came across Hill Creek Farms (HCF) when we attended an event last Oct. 2017 minus the Loft Cafe and Rastelli Market. We were planning on where to host our "baby sprinkle" and thought perhaps considering HCF as a possible venue. We wanted to showcase south Jersey since our families are all from up north (i.e. 1.5-2 hours away). The farm to table catering partnered with Rastelli Market was one of the things that attracted us which ultimately made our decision. HCF exceeded our expectations from the personable staff/service to the many activities for families/kids directly on the premises -- playground, hayride, apple picking, wine tasting, fire pit, market, photo ops, etc.

Our celebration was approximately two weeks ago and HCF's team delivered! Thank you so much to TAWNIE H. and the two wonderful ladies (forgive me as I cannot recall their names) for making our day so very special. Tawnie was accommodating and attentive all throughout our event even with the Pumpkin Festival happening throughout; she should definitely be recognized!!

There's no doubt about it...we would highly recommend HCF again and again. Our family were so impressed with the overall quality of food and atmosphere. Thanks again for such an awesome experience and making our celebration of welcoming our Baby Girl a...

Great destination for adult and family activities. We bought the locally made wine with a charcuterie platter and enjoyed lakeside with friends. We also had the absolute best Apple cider donuts(fresh out the grease y'all) I've encountered in a while, as a sweet treat. Although food was available to order (cheese steaks, chicken tenders, hot dogs, fries etc) we got there late and didn't get a chance to order any. The store had all manner of mango habanero salsa products, warm and chilled wine(needed more chilled in my opinion), fresh produce and baked goods. Had a real country store vibe. Tractor rides were available to go apple picking and little tractor carts for the littles to ride in as well. A huge inflatable slide deal was going on as well as a handful of vendors. Ample parking but ladies beware if you're wearing open toe shoes like my lady was you're definitely going to want to avoid the rock driveway. Also the playground behind the store was quite popular for the littles to blow off some steam. I forgot to mention the staff were pleasant and helpful, bathrooms(porta johns with hand washing stations) were available as well. I live 15 minutes away and I've never been but we're definitely coming back...

I was misled by the website stating tickets were necessary - misled into thinking crowds were monitored and kept low due to Covid (they're not) and that tickets would be checked when entering the facility (they're not). If you're not apple picking, tickets are needed (and we weren't apple-picking, so I spent money on tickets that weren't necessary. The facility is woefully unprepared to handle crowds, with an hour-long wait at a checkout consisting of two cashiers. I would have given one star, but we were rescued after 25 minutes of waiting in line because 1) we had no apples to weigh, 2) we were only there to try the gem mining, and 3) we were paying cash. Having a separate gem line would be helpful - not only for me, but also for families that also paid for their applies/bakery purchases only to see the mining set up and want to participate. Edited to add screenshots: no indication that tickets are for picking only. They are "general admission" tickets, which include a hayride. The only "free" note is for Fridays - no tickets required on Fridays. Very, very misleading.
