I’ve been to a lot of wineries on both the East and the West coast and this has been the worst experience. When we first walked in we were told that they were understaffed and to bear with them. (A review from a few years ago says the same thing) it took about 5-10 minutes before we were seated and then we waited for about 20-30 mins before anyone came out to take our order. A friend had bought a Groupon so we were going to do the tasting. The lady who was our server stated that she was new and could not tell us anything about each wine and told us to look at the description on the menu to get an idea about each wine. (Another bad review from 3-4 years ago states something similar) We were starving and ordered a cheese platter. You have to choose the items in the platter - we chose prosciutto, sopressata, burrata, manchego, and pepper jack, and bread with pumpkin(I think but could have been apple or something else) butter. We basically got cabot cheese(you could see the imprints of the wrapper still), an unopened package of Belgioso, and the meats still had the wax paper from the package. They forgot the bread and we ended up getting crackers from the “pantry store” which is essentially some shelves at the end of the room. Additionally, they provided us with wooden knifes which are better for the environment but terrible for cutting cheese. I could have gone to the supermarket to make up this cheese plate and I would have spent less than $20. It cost $75. Yes, SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS. The amount of wine you get per tasting was maybe a sip at best, there was no rinse bucket and we were not given new glasses when we transitioned from red to white wines. The lady even poured wine into the glass I was using for water while it had water in it. I would not recommend. Save your time and money. Another disturbing thing is that they did not have soap in the bathroom. There wasn’t even an empty soap dispenser just no soap. They had hand sanitizer in the front so at least that was something but GROSS.

A great way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon. My friend purchased a tasting on Groupon, and we went the day before her birthday. We ordered two flights of the sweet wines, and she ordered a crème de la crème flight. The sweet wines were good. Personally Daisy-Grace was my favorite; my friend enjoyed Daisy-Grace too, as well as Sundance. In regards to the crème wines, once again my favorite was Daisy-Grace crème. My friend, who tried the crème flight was torn between Autumn Goddess crème and Shore Thing crème. She ultimately decided Shore Thing crème was her favorite. Just like other industries they’re dealing with staff shortages. Please be patient! It's a family owned winery. The ladies are doing the best, and they were really nice. I highly recommend making a reservation; just to give the staff a heads up of your party size. Unfortunately due to the staff shortages their kitchen was closed. I wish we would have known this, so we could have asked if it would have been okay to BYOF. They did offer complementary French bread, but only one loaf. We order another (if drinking the crème, BREAD is definitely needed); however, at $12 a loaf that was an unexpected pricey item. All-in-all I would recommend this winery. Hopefully by Spring they’ll have the staff they need to keep business flowing. Bonne Chance!

Ugh this place just.... i can't even wait to go back!!!! There's no words to really explain the experience because it was just awesome. The staff was AMAZINGLY SWEET. We had a groupon and upgraded it with a recommendation from the staff member we had. Unfortunately forgot her name but she was so helpful and gave her honest opinions when helping us decide on the wines. We normally don't to platters but this time we did and the bread with the butter...omg i wanted to take the butter home but sadly they didn't have any at the time to purchase. And the blueberry cheese. Take me back! The whole experience was beyond my favorite wine tasting. The cat Whiskey was even there being a delight. Thank you guys so much!

I will NEVER go back to this winery. Myself and 5 friends bought a Groupon which included a 90m tasting, of all 13-16 wines, light fare (a baguette, dipping oil, chocolates) and a custom wine bag. We arrived at the winery at 2:30; at 4:50 we still had 5 or 6 wines to taste. We had not received any refills of water. In fact it was about a half an hour water for water & even longer for the tasting to start. The young lady who was doing our tasting was extremely busy, our bad experience wasn’t due to lack of work ethic. It was due to lack of staff and in my opinion; lack of planning properly. I spoke with the manager twice, both times she seemed to not really be concerned about the length of time we waited in the beginning of the experience or in between tastings. I suggested taking Groupons like this down during holidays or busy weekends to avoid issues like this and running your employees ragged as they were. A friend suggested offering a Groupon for a tasting of only 4 wines. She didn’t seem to appreciate our suggestions. Based on the amount of time we had to wait for basically everything, the fact that we left before our tasting was even over and without everything we paid for, I’ll never go back to this winery. Poor customer service, on a managerial level, is worse than poor customer service on an...
