My husband, Anthony and I had our wedding at Snow Farm in October 2023 and we could not be happier with our decision. Nick was absolutely fantastic from day one and was determined to make magic moments happen for us and our loved ones. Anthony and I currently live out of state, so we did a lot of wedding planning remotely and the communication was seamless. Nick was flexible and very accommodate for when we were in town to make time to meet with us (and for when my parents would unexpectedly drop by). If you are looking for a one-stop wedding weekend venue, I can’t recommend Snow Farm enough! We rented Snow Farm Inn for the wedding weekend and hosted our rehearsal dinner in the tasting room / patio the night before. It made for a seamless experience for not only Anthony and I but our friends and family celebrating with us. We had a rainy October wedding day, and Nick and his team were quick to adapt to our ceremony site being moved from outside to under the tent, showed us where our wedding party could gather to still have that “wow” moment walking down the aisle (he even fluffed my veil and wedding train to make sure it was picture perfect). I think one of the most magical moments was when Nick removed the side paneling of the tent to expose the beautiful vineyard that was the backdrop of our ceremony. We still have friends and family talk about how amazing that moment was. So, if you have any worries about what happens if it rains, don’t be. Snow Farm is truly a family business, and it shows because you become family! We can’t thank Nick, Dave, Julie and all the dedicated staff members of Snow Farm for creating such a wonderful weekend. Totally unexpected greatness! From an experienced well traveled wine aficionado, I only stopped here because it was an excuse to continue the beautiful bike ride down the Island line trail from Burlington. I've been to Tuscany, northern California and many places in between. Had never had Vermont wines, expected this small farm town to have mediocre at best wines. I was blown away by the atmosphere, views, tasting room manager Chante...even the owner Julie stopped her tractor to come introduce herself. But the wines! The varieties, many I have never heard of, were all pleasantly delectable!! The sheer number of varietals grown on property and produced was outstanding for such a modest property. The best part? The late harvest ANYTHING. I'm not normally a sweet drinker but these were mind blowing. Didn't ask if there's a club but I'm planning on ordering a mixed case so my husband can sample the unexpected goodness. Keep up the good work...unique and fun names for the wines and...

We had our wedding at snow farm vineyard and it was amazing. Nick and staff did such a great job and provided a level of service that blew us away. Nick took great pride in ensuring our day was perfect and gave a level of guidance to us that made our day perfect! He communicated so well throughout the entire lead up and day-of, as well as taking point in coordinating with other vendors and ensuring they all had the information they needed to be successful! We are so grateful to have found Snow Farm - it will always be a special place for us to visit, not only because it is where we got married, but because of the genuine and caring family that owns and operates it. Thank you to Nick, the Snow Farm staff, and the entire Lane family...

Our August wedding at Snow Farm was everything we could have hoped for and more. We truly had a perfect day and are so thankful and appreciative to Nick, Julie, and all the SFV staff whose hard work made our day most memorable and special. This venue provides great value for money in Vermont and our guests complimented the venue many times over. We also loved that our out of town close family could stay at the inn. They thought it was beautiful and charming and really enjoyed their entire weekend. SFV has a great roster of recommended vendors that made planning on my own easy and Nick was extremely responsive and lovely to work with leading up to and on the day of our wedding.

At $8 to sample 8 wines, you can’t go wrong. Many of their grapes are unique to Vermont and the region. For those like myself who like dry wines, the Baco Noir was probably the best bet here. The white wines were a bit too sweet for my taste, but probably okay if you like semi-dry wines. The staff are also friendly and tasting tables are at a reasonable distance for those looking for a socially distanced tasting. The grounds are also beautiful, with expansive views of the mountains and Lake Champlain. Highly recommend!
