Jordan Ridge Park — Attraction in South Jordan

I’ve been going to this park my entire life. When I was younger I frequented it to go sledding every winter. It didn’t have the walking path and other amenities (pavilion, volleyball net, basketball hoop and tennis courts) it does now back then. It would still be a great place to take the kiddos sledding in the winter.

Now I go on walks through the park. Sometimes multiple times a week. I love going there. Great place to walk.

I’ve also been to parties there which included a huge slip and slide down the biggest hill....

Beautiful park. Clean. Lots of open space. Pavilion is large and next to basketball court and tennis ball courts. Plus, a volleyball net attached and next to the pavilion as well with the playground within 15 yds or so (within close eyesight). There’s hills too so it would still be interesting to visit in the winter to sled. Also has a trail all around for walking and so many beautiful and older trees...

The benches were really well placed! They are under the shade of trees and I love the grass look of the ground. There’s something for everyone at this park! Tons of room to run and walking paths. Pavilions and multiple places to sit down in shade. Downside is that in the sun most of the playground is super hot, it needs another shade tent thing over the other half of the playground,...
