South Hills Park — Attraction in South Lebanon Township

Brought my 2 sons here to attend a birthday party at one of the rented pavilions. Any kid who comes here has a great time! There's your normal play ground setup with the monkey bars and lots of slides, there's swings for big kids and babies- and even a handicap swing for people in wheelchairs. Then there's even a separate section that is a little rock climbing area for kids 12 and under! Pretty cool! I've never seen another one like it before! There's paved paths for walking that co an around the park and to the two different parking areas. There's even 2 different bathrooms that I know of (might even be another one tho). The bathrooms are your regular park bathrooms. BUT they are actually open unlike a lot of other park bathrooms. Open from Dawn to dusk. They have tennis courts, and some basketball courts. It is a beautiful park though- love to bring the kids in the fall to see all the changing leaves and the fall weather. Also is a great place to fly kites! Lots of room to run and play! There are lots of different pavilions here for rental for any occasion you can think of! All of them have picnic tables, garbage cans and recycling cans, and a metal grill you can use.

I drive by this park often when going to appointments in Lebanon, Pa I was out there again at the beginning of Summer and had time to spare. I decided to do lunch early knowing I love the park as much as the kids. This was the best idea of the Summer. This park is now 💯 our #1 place to go. We have 2 or 3 parks we can walk to from our house this one is a 1/2hr. away, but that's ok it's SOoooo beautiful here not to mention very well taken care of. My girl's and I just❤️coming here even if it's only for 15min's to spread out a blanket to get some ☀️and look at the sky. I would definitely recommend this beautiful park to anyone even if u don't have children. It's just as great by yourself or with a friend.🌻🍁🌾fall is already happening Sooooo what r u waiting for? Our family reserved one of the pavilions for a celebration of life this was our first time at this park. Beautiful park extremely well maintained quite a few pavilions to choose from for your function. Excellent playground setup for the smaller children specifically they have signage that says for children 12 and below. There is only one set of restrooms they work clean and well stocked. This park also has a frisbee golf course scattered amongst the very mature trees. Park staff was also very accommodating taking down a chain to allow us to drive our vehicle to drop off all of our party accessories and coolers.
