Great park! There are 2 playgrounds a smaller lower playground and an upper larger playground. There are also 2 large fields that can be used for soccer, frisbee, playing, ect... There are a couple tennis courts half way up the hill. The park features a dog park across from the large playground but it's somewhat small. Lastly there is a skate park and mountain bike park featuring multiple paths for varying difficulties. There are a few areas of shade and bathrooms but be prepared to be in the sun. This park has something for everyone from the family with small children to the solo looking for some...

Trailside Park is an amazing resource that I congratulate summit county for creating and maintaining. It brings us from salt lake regularly as an ideal place to work on mountain biking skills in an environment where you can practice specific features over and over as well as a wide variety of features and trails. Skate park, pump tracks, skinnies, drops, rock gardens as well as the main single-track trails offer something for everyone. Everyone from toddlers on balance bikes to full face padded up downhiller dudes and dudettes will find something...

Great bike park. It’s overcrowded most of the days of the week but the three main DH trails, pump track and jump lines are fun. With that being said, I saw a ton of parents pulling kids up with ropes on the fire roads and TWO WAY roads, hoarding the two lanes and creating an unnecessary hazard for more experience riders. Towing with ropes should not be allowed on this or any bike park, if your kid can’t make it to the top on his or her own than they shouldn’t be...

While visiting from out of state, we took the kids here. What an incredible park! Clean, tons of activities, and great shade out of the sun. Bathrooms were onsite and there was a pavilion for gatherings or picnics. Also had a dog run, as well as a large soccer field. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

We love trailside. I here to bike and trail run. Often we bring the kids and adults take turns riding while little groms hit the pump track, skatepark, or playground. Their are trails and features for beginners and more seasoned bikers. There’s lots of cross country trails and some flow trails. You can’t go wrong here.
