Fort Brackley Battlefield is a part of the Fort Brackley Park. The entrance fee to the park is $5.00. The park has over 20 miles of trails of all types. This review is about the Confederate Battlefield of 9 April 1865. There are multiple sections of the battlefield with excellent signage. There are some of the best earthworks in this park you will find. Fort Brackley is an outstanding earthworks Fort. There are also earthworks defense linesmin several locations. The park has campgrounds and restrooms. This battlefield is highly recommended for the study of earthworks for defensive lines.

Amazing place!! So much history here. We were assisting the Ghost Hunting Housewives off a public Ghost hunt and it was awesome!! Everyone had a great time!! What a beautiful historic place!!

Good place to walk and hike. Nice trails and historic monuments and informative panels could use more water fountains around the park and restrooms.... but it's not necessary.

Way bigger than I had expected. The fort could use a grass trimming, but other than that, it's exactly what you'd expect. Shade is so-so so if you are walking around, make sure to wear sunscreen, a hat etc... Deerflies are atrocious on the trails outside of the...
