This beautiful working organic farm is also a Boondockers Welcome host location (look them up, they're fantastic) as well as Harvest Hosts & Hipcamp hosts. We were their first guests of the 2021 season and fascinated to learn the history of the farm and their story. We stayed right along their sunflower field (which we intended to come back and see in full bloom) with beautiful views of the rolling Kentucky hills and the church steeple in which the farm is named. Marc took the time to tell us about the farm and kind enough to share his knowledge on bee keeping (which is just a fraction of what this amazing farm does). In addition to their farm stand which boasts organic produce, jams, honey and more, Steepleview also hosts events throughout the season and is even on the 127 Yard Sale route (the World's Largest Yard Sale) stretching 690 miles long and several states. We really enjoyed our time here! We couldn't wait to tell our homesteading friends about the Steepleview Farm YouTube channel where Marc shares his extensive knowledge of organic farming and the location so they can visit. We even had the opportunity to get some honey and Bourbon Honey while we were there. We look forward to visiting again not only to grab farm fresh organic food but also for the amazing views and peaceful location.

Family-run farm, friendly, nice place to stay with beautiful views of lovely property. TAKE NOTE: The owners give VERY CLEAR instructions on how to arrive and where to park. At first, it may seem like too many instructions, but if you read through them all and follow them exactly, you won't be confused at all. There are multiple entrances to the property, and the details are to ensure guests park in the appropriate places. They even have a Harvest Host sign indicating where guests should go. Owner was friendly and busy. We purchased salsa, bbq sauce and honey, being that it was the end of the season for produce. Appreciated the owner opening up the shop early for those of us who wanted an early start. Only reason why I gave them 4 stars for parking instead of 5 is because all of the RVs were parked close together, in my opinion. But, that is completely my opinion and not a mark against the host. It's a beautiful piece of property with lots of room. Would stay again. Stayed 10/8/21

Beautiful property, welcoming hosts and yummy canned foods. We harvest hosted there for a night and enjoyed meeting the owner and hearing about their homesteading lifestyle. If you go, you must try the cowboy candy - sweet/spicy jarred jalapeños We put them in quesadillas and on nachos!

We stayed at Steeple View Farms on Nov3rd. It is important to follow this Harvest Hosts directions to the farm and camp site. On my way to this location my truck experienced a loose connection on a fuel injector. The nearest dealer was 30 minutes away. But our host directed us to a local diesel shop, our repairs were made in an hour. Thank You for...
