So glad I found this playground! It was perfect for my 15 month old daughter, especially on a cloudy day with no other visitors! There is indeed a little kid playground (see photos) in addition to the main playground and splash pad. My 15m old was able to get onto the playground herself, and many of the features were great for her size/age. There is also a nice walking path and restrooms with water fountains. Will definitely return! I do not see lights but I’m sure the park closes at sunset anyway. It isn’t in the nicest area and there is no nearby security (or much of anything happening nearby) so I made sure to be vigilant, though the playground is separated from the road with a fence.

A very nice park, very clean, maintained nicely. You can walk while your children play in one of the two playgrounds. The park also has a waterpark area to cool off. The airport is right next to the park, which is pretty cool. You are able to see the small planes. There is also a small area to work out, picnic tables with shade, and a soccer field. The parking lot is a good size. ****NOT a Shaded Park!! FULL SUN!!**** HIGHLY RECOMMEND to bring the kiddos.

The park is very cool, as it's right next to the small airport in Spartanburg. You can see plans landing and taking off from the playground. There is a bathroom but it was locked as of March 4th. I hope that's not a common thing. One big kids playground and one little kids playground complete with swings, slides, and other fun things to do. There are fields for kids to play soccer in or fly kites as well.

I visited the park today and loved how large it was . We initially came for the splash pad to cool off , and my child whom will turn 5 in June had a blast . The pad is about average size , which Surprised me with how much room they had . But there was roughly about 15 kids there and they had plenty of room to play!

I will say if your not a sun lover like I am there are only two shelters and could fill up fast . So bring a hat for the kids and plenty of water / sunscreen . The playgrounds are clean and pretty cool to keep kids engaged . You can even bring bikes there too if your kids loves to ride !

One thing negative to say about the park . The bathrooms had some pretty big spiders in both! I killed one of them but maintenance get out there and spray for us moms & dads who really don’t like them...

Since it’s still practically brand new, I’ll give it a four star. The park can sure use more picnic tables and shelters but maybe that’s in the making (since it’s pretty much brand new). There are bathrooms there so that’s a huge plus. More swings, slides, etc. would also be nice since there seems to be plenty of extra space there but like I’ve mentioned, they may add them in the future as this place just opened up earlier this year. The splash pad is nice but my kids have yet to go play in it. It was slightly crowded there the day I went but of course it’s because of the 90+ degree heat. Not a bad little park to bring the little ones to...
