Premier Chiropractic — Attraction in Spring Hill

My mother became a patient of Premier Chiropractic a year before my son and I gave in to her suggestion to try it. I thought....there is no way a chiropractor could possibly be giving her all the results and benefits she bragged about.

I was wrong.

Our first visit to premier was on 10/31/2019. There were two specific goals I set for my chiropractic care.1) to relieve pain and correct my gait from the consequences of a left bilateral malleolus fracture (both sides of the bone that sticks out in our ankles) that required plates and screws. And 2) to relieve lower back pain I have suffered through the years as a nurse tugging and lifting patients. Not only are those goals attained, but there are many other immeasurable benefits where chiropractic care has improved my life. Before becoming a patient, I suffered frequent sinus infections, stomach bugs, and bouts of strep throat. I don't anymore. Although I received yearly flu shots, I still managed to get the flu. I don't any more. I have fewer headaches. I have reduced anxiety and stress. My mood has improved significantly. I rely less and less on Ibuprofen and Tylenol. My sleep is better. My digestion is better. I've learned to make better food choices and now fully understand the correlation between water and wellness. Premier strives to educate patients on the history, science and benefits of chiropractic care and it is truly amazing to read other's reviews on how chiropractic care has become such an asset in their lives.

Now I'll mention my 12 year old son, Gabriel. I had 3 goals set for his care. 1) to see if routine adjustments would help improve his focus and inattentiveness, 2) to improve his appetite, and 3) to reduce the number of illnesses that he suffered frequently, such as strep throat, ear infections, sinus infections, and colds. I attribute his improved grades, improved focus and attention, better appetite and significant reduction of acute illnesses 100% to chiropractic care.

I have seen this office grow from a tiny space with just the doctors Montelione, to the much bigger and modern space it is in now. I see continued growth and expansion in the foreseeable future. Several chiropractors have joined Premier over the last 2.5 years and every single one of them are immensely talented and highly skilled in chiropractic care. In addition, I can't tell you the number of times I've had to change appointment times due to my hectic schedule, and the entire staff are so friendly and accommodating.

If you are considering chiropractic care, I highly recommend this practice, 5 out of 5 / 10 out of 10!!!!!

I have to give a long overdue, HUGE thank you to the entire Premier Chiropractic team!

This is my son, and best friend, Destin Shane Wetzel. He is 15 and has severe autism, and used to have severe GI issues, he is considered to be non-verbal (he can say some words, but couldn’t carry a conversation). We use to stay weeks throughout every year on GI floors at children’s hospitals. He has been diagnosed with ulcers, GERD, EoE. He had lost 32 lbs in 4 months and was getting sick 3-5x a day which lead to so many health concerns not to mention extreme dental needs from the stomach acid eating his enamel. I could go on and on, but that’s the short story.

Fast forward to now: people ask me all the time what “I did” that changed things. Well, I did the simplest, hardest thing I’ve ever done as a Mom, I gave it all to God. He lead me back through the basics. He lead me to Premier (God uses people!!), He lead me back to basic nutrition, and gut health for Destin. He lead me to let go of the reins, to stop fighting the diagnosis and just. go. back. Back to the beginning, back to ground zero. You see Destin was on pills for behavioral issues - those caused more GI issues from side effects- the extra GI issues lead to more behavioral issues- so they’d increase or add behavioral meds- you guessed it, that increased GI issues … it was insanity!! So you see, as do I when looking back now, going back to the beginning, back to the basics of natural healing of his body was much needed.

Our family has been going to Premier Chiropratic for eight months and we all feel so much better, but this is D’s story so I’ll stick to just that. I’m forever grateful to EVERY member of the Premier Team for the compassion and love that they have given to Destin. The benefits we have seen speak for themselves (Literally!! … Just listen to Destin talk now!!!) You guys are life changers!!

Destin is off 99% of all behavioral medications and off 100% of ALL GI medications. (We use nutritional supplements now like Bio-Heal). Destin is talking MORE THAN EVER and is beginning to start small conversations with us!!

My wife and I have had an exceptional experience with Premier. We are both fit adults, highly focused on keeping out bodies in shape so we can enjoy life. My wife and I were on day 47 of 75 hard when she pinched a nerve and had extreme pain in her arm. I had had a similar injury several years earlier and we knew what she needed was not pharmaceuticals, it was a good Chiropractor. I had a good one for my injury back in Chicago, but in the four years I had been in Tennessee I had tried several offices with varying bad experiences. My wife had seen Premier on instagram so we called them and they got us in RIGHT away. I was so impressed with the manager Jon's presentation about the focus the office had on healing the body in natural ways that I decided to sign up along with my wife even though I was not looking for care at the time. Once hearing Dr. Erika speak at orientation I knew we had found a great office. People are so used to just taking a pill for everything, they don't realize if you eat (mostly) healthy food, get exercise, take vitamins and get preventative care such as regular adjustments, the body will heal itself. This is clearly the focus of Premier, and if you listen to them they will teach you how to be healthy. A few of my favorite things about the office. Each of the doctors is super nice. I know them all by name & they remember me, remember the issues I have had and always listen to my feedback when I have different pains (workouts get brutal in your 40's). They are flexible! I have an office downtown, and sometimes meetings that I cannot skip will pop up, and the App they have gives me super easy access to change my appointments. Even if its last minute I can show up late or early, zap my barcode and they get me in as soon as they can. They are always engaged in the community with different fund raisers and toy drives they do, which means something to me. Our community is our responsibility, and businesses who participate in making the community better earn my support. Finally, they fixed the problems for us. Even my old injury must not have fully healed because I saw a big difference at the gym, muscles that weren't quite firing correctly since my injury are back to normal. My wife's pain was gone in just a few weeks and the injury fully healed not long after. I will continue to go for regular weekly adjustments to keep things in line as long as I live in the area.
