Faylor Lake — Attraction in Spring Township

Haven't been yet, but while perusing the reviews hoping to get info and make a decision I noticed a one star from Kris Lauver and it's really an unfair representation (hear me out). Kids on bicycles, are not necessarily BUMS. And even if they were indeed bums on bikes, I doubt they have chosen the entrance of a seldom visited lake as their point of contact to bum money off all who enter. There may be a little rubbish, that happens at these types of places that don't have round the clock staff. I just felt that was a JUNK review and it needed addressed. Google if you delete mine, or fail to post at all, then you need to delete that one too. Its not informative at all, and its an unfair and biased depiction of this place, PERIOD. Went kayaking here yesterday. Nice lake but it's covered in green gunk/algae from the water plants growing below. Water is pretty shallow. Didn't catch any fish. Saw some snapping turtles, blue heron, crain, hawks, and a bald eagle. North part of middle creek goes into it and we were able to kayak up it a little ways until it got too shallow and there was a tree down blocking it. Nice quiet area. Only saw one other person in a kayak fishing. There's a path above the dam with benches and looks like there's some other paths around the lake. Disc golf course looks nice I guess. Plenty of...
