Was our first birthday party and last experience we'll have here ( unless made right in some way) When we got there, I just kind of felt like we were on our own and the place was basically ran by teenagers with walkies. Being a member in a family of six our money, is tight. So spending $100's for a party. You know, means quite a bit to us. We wanted to take some of the pressure off. We want some amenities to me included. We had no idea that there was Options for rooms. We have a couple kids at our grade school level. Kids we sure would have liked to be able to watch them from the windows. I didn't know that was an option. When we got upairs the rooms w windows were empty. There was maybe 1 party going on in all of those rooms With the windows looking down on the jumpers. Also about 45 minutes before our party was to eat. We realize that 1 of our jumpers had dairy allergy. So we contacted the "party Liaison"and told him that we would like to add the chicken strip and fry platter $45. He called downstairs And they said no that that would not be enough time for them to make it as asked if they could just make one order for the girl and they said. No, we would have to go next door to the restaurant next door which we didn't even know there was a restaurant next door. So then I was trying not to make a deal about it. I don't want to embarrass anybody. But you know, there was no adults to talk to about any of it? Nobody was out to help anybody. We were getting frozen pizzas made for us. And that was it nothing extra? There was no pretzels downstairs in the concessions that the kids wanted. Nobody was gonna go out of their way to make anything extra that Friday...
Read moreAir Madness has a super fun atmosphere with a lot of different activities for kids and adults. I loved the variety! We only paid for an hour, but definitely could have spent a lot more time there. I also loved that there is a section designated for small kids. Our two year old was way happier there and didn't get tousled around by big kids. My one complaint is the socks. We live 2 hours away and don't visit sioux falls often. We thought we could just use our SkyZone socks to save some money. Of course we were forced to buy Air Madness socks after we had already been jumping because skyzone socks "scratch" Air Madness trampolines. I'm sorry, but there is no way a rubber sock scratches a trampoline, it's just a ploy to get more money. My husband thenhad to waste 15 minutes waiting in line because only two guys were working and...
Read moreThey have gotten rid of a lot in the last year and replaced the bull riding with VR. Workers supposed to be monitoring safety, taking turns, etc were sitting around talking, not paying attention to kids. My daughter likes to play dodgeball but didn't this year because it was a free for all. Everyone was just throwing balls and those that were out didn't leave. Also, while I was there I was going to reserve time to do laser tag on another day. In the past it had been like $9/person. Now we would have to do an expensive kid party with all the things OR pay $25/person for the VIP package that INCLUDES laser tag. Just paying for laser tag isn't an option anymore. So...instead of them making some money for laser tag, they will be making nothing because we won't be going there this year. My daughter was very...
