The O'Hara Township Community Park is an amazing place to frequent and enjoy. The area is clean and well maintained. I encountered many friendly people. This park is full of diversity and culture. A huge difference from my recent experience with Kiwanis Park in Shaler! This park is also very welcoming to individuals with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities. There is beautiful scenery with an abundance of eye appealing nature filled areas to explore. There is a basketball court, baseball field, walking trail, pond with fishing, tennis courts, pavilions, 2 playgrounds, a gazebo which makes for a great place to take pictures. There are two parking lots. There is even a few park games tables to play chest or foosball. There is a restroom facility on sight but I am not certain if it is available for public use. This is a park that has something...

I remember when "SQUAW VALLEY PARK" USED to be "SQUAW RUN VALLEY PARK". The Park has gone thru a MAJOR Renovation over the PAST FEW Years. A NEW Children's Playground along w/ NEW Playground Equipment was INSTALLED. A Volleyball Sand Pit has also been A POPULAR New Addition to the Park. The CLASSIC GAZEBO is still a GREAT & POPULAR Area for People to Stop at & Sit at WHILE having Pictures taken of them. The BASEBALL & SOFTBALL Fields are STILL in HIGH DEMAND for a lot of LEAGUES During PLAYOFFS & TOURNAMENT SEASONS. The Tennis Courts are VERY POPULAR, Especially for School Athletes who like to keep their tennis rackets ACTIVE & READY to PLAY. All Around, "SQUAW VALLEY PARK" is a SUPER PLACE for ACTIVE ATHLETES, Tall & Short, Heavy & Thin, Good & Wish to be Good. It's a BEAUTIFUL PARK FOR EVERYONE who CHERISHES The...

I love this park. I went here as a child growing up. My daughter went here as a child growing up. Now my grandaughter goes here. We have seen this park bloom and grow as a wonderful place for children and adults. It has something for everyone. I dont agree with changing its name. My grandaughter calls it the rainbow park because of the rainbow color sign and the colors of the play equipment. But she is 3. She knows all her parks by the colors that stand out to her. She will know it as it was originally named when she gets old enough. She knows that we had a special friend who has a bench named for him here and he will always be in our heart. Lance you are...

A very nice, clean park that I have taken my daughter to numerous times to play and enjoy a sunny day. There are two different playgrounds, one designed especially for younger children, are both well maintained and my daughter always has a blast. There is a small lake with ducks as the highlight, as well as basketball courts, tennis courts and nature walking area into the woods the encapsulates the back half of said park. Parking never seems to be an issue and the other people populating the area have always been friendly. Definitely a worthwhile jaunt on a nice day, especially if you have kids with energy to burn.

We drive out of our way to come to this wonderful little park. It has a pond where the old and young alike can fish for free, there are TWO playgrounds, a walking trail, baseball diamond, volleyball and basketball courts...this place has it all. Not to mention the 8 Pokéstops and gym nearby! The new playground has some fantastic new additions like an electronic drum kit and piano, rock wall, and lots of stuff for smaller toddlers as well, like the turning blocks. This is our favorite park to visit and we live right by Highland Park!
