Beautiful venue, obviously draws comparisons to Tuacahn theater in Saint George, but while similar in style, the atmosphere is certainly separate. It is a much smaller venue in general but that suited my tastes just fine. Parking leaves much to be desired with a small parking lot near the theater and then street parking all the way back down to SR-9. But they do offer a dedicated shuttle running from the Springdale park all the way up to the theater. My wife and I just parked on the street down by Zion Adventure Company and walked up to the theater. It took right at 10 minutes walking at a healthy pace.
Collin Raye was the performing act and he nailed it. The crowd was well suited to his art and the vibe was tangible. It began raining for a short spell during the show and not a audience member one ran for the exits. There was something so great about a nice light shower in the heart of Zion while enjoying quality music that just felt "right".
