I enjoyed my walk with my furbabies. We loved the view and animal presence. They had to stop and get a drink along our walk. The nest I thought was a eagle nest I know is a crow nest. I recently say a eagle take what I thought was a fish at the time of taking the photos after looking at them at home I saw had a stick in its talons so possibly building a nest elsewhere than the one it had near...

Nice little spot for a rest and walk. Path follows a stream and there are spots to lay a blanket and take a nap or have a picnic. HOWEVER, if you're hungry for BBQ be sure to visit Avery's BBQ just a country-block west of there. We didn't do BBQ this time because we planed a picnic this time. We love just passing thru...

A beautiful spot to see the Little Colorado River. Has a nicely maintained gravel trail with signage on methods used to conserve the flow and banks. Has one picnic table and a latrine at the entrance. No fee area. A great spot to see nature, understand river ecology, and view wildlife.
