We hosted our birthday party here and it went pretty well. Overall I'd recommend it, but with some words of caution to other parents: The bees were very bad and a bit aggressive when we came (late Aug) and had 2 bee stings while we were there. Obviously, not the parks fault and part of being outdoors, just something to think about especially if your kids are allergic. When we arrived there were goose droppings everywhere under the shelter. Like hard to walk without stepping in it. A bit disappointing, and I think the park could have done a better job preparing the shelter before we arrived. We ended up having a family member bring a shovel before guests arrived to shovel it all out.
The animal farm was a huge hit. The kids loved it and they got to pet many of the animals, all of whom were friendly and great with the kids. The staff in the petting area were also great with kids and taught them about the animals and helped them pet the chickens.
The playground was also fun for the kids (though the bee issue caused some trouble for kids on the...

It's very huge area occupying Horses, Sheep, Goat, Hen, Rooster Turkey, ducks, geese Llamas, Cow, calf, Pony, Pigs and still more.. I might be missing out couple of names.. We walked around everywhere and could see animals. Both the times there were birthday party going on so many kids were seen. They were enjoying to see all animals.. staff take the birthday team inside the animal area for a.closer look. Unfortunately we couldn't go inside but still doesn't make much difference. But looks like they have good planned schedules for visiting, starting from May. Also they will be organizing activities I guess. Now the entrance was free.. but later on we will have to buy tickets I guess.. there is a play area for kids where they play and enjoy a lot.. also there is a sit out place with tables and chairs to eat. We could see many people learning Horse...
Read moreI went to the holiday show last year and this year It was good. They added stuff I like this year like stories with Mrs clause. But the movie projections were much smaller than last year. I missed the magician. But I loved that they added telescopes to see the planets. The lights were good and the pics with Santa same. A little cluster with purchasing your pictures the kids printing them up didn't know what they were doing. Last year they had a digital option which I liked BUT much more costly last year. I bought extra photos to turn it into an ornament for the tree and bought a snow globe with their pictures in it. I would like. more interaction with the animals. They REALLY don't like visitors touching the animals. A petting zoo would be awesome, cause for a family of 6 with one being free admission due to age...
