Black Tansy Farm — Attraction in Springfield

I have had their Meat CSA for about 6 months now, and am SO PLEASED! I live in Springfield, so Gwynn delivers a monthly box of humanely-raised, local meat to my door step each month. The price is also SO reasonable, cheaper than the meat I was buying at the grocery store. And it's local so obviously just way better. The other day we ate burgers at a friend's house, and she made some with store bought meat, and then some with Black Tansy meat and the difference was astounding, we couldn't believe how much tastier and filling and wholesome the local meat was.
