Cavendish Game Birds — Attraction in Springfield

I had no idea what quail were until I found myself in a bit of a health crisis, I wasn’t able to eat solid food and my iron levels were dangerously low. Someone mentioned quail eggs because of their nutritional value and they were soft enough that I could eat them! To make a long story longer these farm fresh quail eggs saved my life and the employees and the owner taught me all about them and let me have a tour! I will always choose these quail eggs over chicken...

Hate to give my money to NJ transplants that treat their guys like...well I won't say, but the quail are AWESOME. The eggs are great. The pheasants good(just the breast n thighs are edible-save urself the effort), but the quail is where it's at. If you go to 190 paddock rd try to buy it directly from one of the guys....

I have ordered pheasant from Cavendish Game Birds for two years in a row and sent quail to my son as a gift. I recommend them highly! They run a clean operation and care about their animals.
