This is pretty nice little water complex and fairly priced. They have an excessive number of regulations about who should be doing what, and at what times. I understand rules designed to keep people safe in the pool, but the "kids out, adults in, okay, kids back in again, floats out, okay now floats back in" cycle gets to be a lot. Kicking kids out for 5 minutes, just for them to return as soon as they're out doesn't do anything for adults. If you want to have an adult swim day or adult swim time, just schedule it when kids aren't present.

Posting the concession food menu and our food pictures because I didn't see any others on here. We got in for 20.00 for myself and 2 kids. They charge 3.00 to use their chairs, so bring your own if you want to avoid the additional costs!

I debated on a 1 or 2 star rating because the water park is pretty nice. The problem is if you wanna throw a birthday party they wanna charge for elderly people and adults that aren't swimming to come in. The reasoning was it's an admission fee to the park (like its kings island or something). I would understand that if there was other stuff to do but we were paying to rent the shelter, did the non food package, and was still told we had to pay for everyone else to come in that wasnt swimming. Shouldn't be that way bad business. Seems to me they need to come up with a better way or lose at least my business and many more that may deter in the future

:update. We go there for the bday party which is the weekend before 4th of July on a 90° plus day and they have 3 parties scheduled 1 person working concessions. Poor poor poor management people waited in lines for 40plus minutes to get water and they was put of everything. Hotdogs no buns no pizza (which is always the case) icee...

they were open all summer, like, every day. every other waterpark in the area seems to have short hours or is for residents only, so I really appreciated getting to go basically whenever we wanted. rates are reasonable for the # of hours they're open & there's tons to enjoy here!!!

doggy day was a BLAST!!!! SO much fun!!

could use a new paint job on the slides... just needs a little tlc, but the toilet bowl-esque waterslide is sweet!

my only MAJOR gripe is that the concession stand is CASH ONLY & the ATM charges an epic fortune to get $$ out.... you're also not allowed to bring outside food or drinks, so... the snack food crime syndicate is in full effect. the options are limited and mediocre once you have your cash in hand, so maybe grab lunch before you go. you CAN eat your own food outside the gates, or leave & come back with a hand stamp; but it would be nice to see a BIG improvement in the concessions area.

we'll definitely see you...

This park has so much potential but it is wasted. Let me start off with the staff, the ladies at the ticket booth were friendly and helpful but once I went inside the water park the lifeguards, manager and concession people were very rude. Private companies would fire people for talking to their customers in that rude manner. I used to work in directly with the public I know how bad it can get but you have to be friendly and helpful. Its just part of the deal. Another complaint I had is the pools are just dirty, they let too many people in and it gets dirty. The lazy river is a joke, one hour is walking another you have to be a in a tube..Its just miserable..Being at the park is just miserable. Since you have to drive an hour away for anything in Springfield might as well spend the extra money and go to Columbus and Mason OH. Trust me its...
