Went with wife & our grandson: Scenery was lovely, the drive was breathtaking, grandson had fun swimming & my wife is gorgeous (juss sayin).

But, Y'ALL...that water was nasty - & this comes from a guy who did 6 years of seminary in New Orleans....the business-end of The Mighty Mississippi. I hate not having a suggestion or solution, but I have NO idea how it...

Just a quick stop to stretch legs and see what all was going on. Beautiful place. They have a beach, paddle boats, cabins, lodge. They have activities like tie dye shirts, bracelets, things of that nature. We will be staying for a weekend in near...

Lovely place to relax. Has access to walking trails throughout the surrounding park. If u just want to visit the lake and not get wet! They offer paddle boats to take out. Along with nice warm sandy beach with a volleyball net and plenty of room to...
