A few things to keep in mind - BRING BUG SPRAY!! - There are no bathrooms. - A great workout Lots of biking (and hiking) trails. If you are biking, prepare for lots of hairpin curves, S turns, and jumps. The course is a good mix of uphill and down hill riding. There are several "Expert Spur" trails as they call them, which take you on a more skilled path. We found some of them to be completely muddy and not in a condition to ride through, and ended up walking the bikes through some. The trails are laid out as a two way: hikers go one direction, and bikers go the other (so nobody come up behind you). However, there are not enough signs pointing that out. We started on the wrong end and was educated by a kind gentleman. So tip, start on the LEFT side of the trail. The trail itself is quite the workout. Be prepeared for lots of gear changes, sudden turns, drops, and bumps. Lots of places to stop, catch your breath, and redhydrate. Speaking of which, bring water (or sonething to drink). Definitely a good workout! Would recommend if you are the adventurous type.

Our first ride was awesome! Beautiful scenery, lots of uphill/downhill, tight turns, cool bridges, and a surprise tepee made for an awesome ride. Definitely a great workout. If you like trail riding, I highly recommend! I already can’t wait to go back.

I'll bike from the SCSU campus to this trial all of the time. I absolutely love it! Just be warned that there are plenty of tight turns and when it's slightly muddy you may fall off of your bicycle if you take them too quick.

Great trails for walking, biking, and skiing. Surprisingly dense forest makes a great getaway for a bit. Be aware there are no bathrooms but it's still a nice park that's kept clean. During winter months they are pretty specific about the walking trails so be mindful of that. The footprints in the snow make it hard for skiers so there are designated paths for...

Trails through the woods right in town! Parking is on the road. There were plenty of markers, but despite this we hiked a lot longer than we expected because we couldn’t find our way out. I’d love to come back to ski. The ski trails look fantastic with plenty of hills. I don’t bike, so can’t comment about...
