Wishbone Heritage Farms — Attraction in St. George

my mom and i have built a relationship with wishbone heritage farms over a few years now, starting around the early pandemic days when it was hard to find stock in stores and i was attempting to navigate a change in diet (for the autoimmune protocol). real, whole foods are medicinal in their own right, and i know anytime i purchase from wishbone that i'm going to nourish my body while the farm also nourishes the land they grow produce and keep livestock on, thanks to their sustainability practices. and i know the animals are being treated well and honored before they give their lives to us.

if you are into soups, don't sleep on their bone/feet/neck offerings!! i have made some of my best, most jiggly collagen-rich broths thanks to wishbone. saigon-style pho that will knock your socks off, chicken noodle with the most velvety mouthfeel. and occasionally i'll find a surprise herb or veggie in my delivery to add to a dish, compliments of the farm. i can NOT say enough good things about wishbone, and i hope some day to take a road trip out to the farm to see it for myself.

It is so important to support our local farmers. I buy my eggs in bulk from Farmer David. "Fresh brown eggs from pasture raised hens supplemented with non-GMO feed". Sustainable farming practices and non-GMO feed is very important when considering the chicken's health, the resulting eggs and our family's health.
