The wines were pretty good and the outdoor patio was very nice, but the attitude and inflexibility were not. I'd made a reservation for eight of us to taste, and in the time between making the reservation and arriving, my friend became pregnant - so when we arrived, I said only seven of us would be tasting and one should be paying the $10 non-tasting fee. The hostesses were completely inflexible on this and said they would not refund my pregnant friend's tasting fee. It is true that they have a 24-hour policy for changes, but I thought that meant changes to the time of the reservation, not seven people tasting versus eight. We are Napa veterans and most other wineries in the area are gracious about changes (especially for pregnant customers!!) so Honig's attitude and policies stand out in a bad way - we won't...

We bought $540 worth of wine thinking we would then get $80 (2 $40 tasting) waived. We then learned that for the amount we spent, we would only get 1 tasting waived, and to get both of the tasting waived - we would need to spend $1000.
That is WILD. Having to spend $1000 to waive 80 bucks is insane. We bought 9 bottles and they wouldnβt even waive the remaining 40 bucks of our tasting fee.
That left - pun intended - such a bad taste...

They escorted us to drink the bottles of wine we purchased in a picnic area on the side of the property. They told that the tables are only by appointment. No comment about it. I have never made an appointment to go to a winery in Napa. In other words, we don't want you here. We had a visitor from New York who wanted to go there but I think it will no longer purchase any wine from this winery again. They ruined...
