If youâre looking for a peaceful escape into nature, Linda Falls in Angwin is a true hidden gem in Napa Valley. Tucked away in the hills, this scenic waterfall offers a short but rewarding hike through a beautiful forested area, with the soothing sounds of flowing water and birdsong all around.
The trail itself is easy to moderate, making it accessible for most hikers, though there are some rocky sections near the falls that require careful footing. The reward? A stunning cascade of water tumbling over moss-covered rocks, creating a picture-perfect spot to relax, take photos, or just soak in the beauty of nature.
One of the best things about Linda Falls is how uncrowded it usually is. Unlike some of the more touristy Napa attractions, this spot feels like a private retreat, perfect for a quiet moment away from the wineries and vineyards.
If youâre in Napa Valley and want to experience a different side of its natural beauty, Linda Falls is worth the visit. Just be sure to wear sturdy shoes, respect the local wildlife, and bring a cameraâbecause this little slice of paradise is one youâll want...

We combined it with visits to nearby Bothe Napa Valley State Park and Bale Grist...
