Bold Spoon Creamery — Attraction in St. Louis

I did not buy from the actual establishment. I bought from my local Schnucks store. I bought the Lemon Curd flavor. I love lemon. But I must say this flavor did not have much of a lemon taste. It was more of a vanilla custard taste than lemon. It was still tasty because I love vanilla as well. If I'm going to pay $10 for a pint of Ice cream I would expect it to taste exceptionally like the flavor described. I am going to try another flavor to see if I have a better experience. If not, I will not be be purchasing this...

I got hooked on the goat cheese and fig. I know it sounds strange, but is the perfect mix of creamy vanilla, caramelly sweet fig, and slight cheesy funk that is honestly incomparable with anything I’ve tasted. Since then I’ve branched out to all flavors, and these folks obviously know their ice cream. It tastes great and ingredients are obviously on another level than any other store bought ice creams! This creamy, dreamy ice cream is a must for ice cream lovers. I purchased the salted chocolate. It was delicious! Next time I’m trying the goat cheese/fig. The ice cream is available at select Schnucks stores. I picked my pint up from the Schnucks on Arsenal.
