The Museum of the West Texas Frontier is a slice of history for Northern Jones County and its unique origins. Recently renovated offers a small gift shop and an interesting variety of artifacts to view, showcasing the Swedish and German roots of the area as well as the Army Air Corps presence and its local impact on the community in the war years.
