Bear Creek is a fantastic winery, and a true gem in the north. It can be a challenge to find a great winery in the area, but Bear Creek shines in every way.

​The wines are amazing, made with grapes grown right on the grounds. The reds are full-bodied, smooth, and delicious, while the whites are crisp, fruity, and well made.

I'd heard very little about Bear Creek winery. So when saw the tour offer, from the annual garden tour, we jumped on it. The tour was interesting, and I learned a lot about the breeding process of grape vines. After the tour we had a chance to try their wines and we were pleasantly surprised. I had their top red, nicely dry and a balanced grape flavor. My wife had a rose from the same grape. We both thought it was good choice. After a day of looking at gardens, it was a nice place to relax and enjoy a beautiful day. We had planned on going out to dinner. But decided to drink wine and have a Rommibus pizza they serve their.
