Completely disappointed! We went there two years ago and had an absolute blast. The staff was super friendly and there was a lot of things for the children to do. However we came one last time before we get orders somewhere else, as we are military, and was extremely disappointed. We paid $70 for tickets for me, my husband, and three children for Halloween night 2020. we came here thinking it would be a more safe and family friendly environment for my kids to get candy and more or less trick-or-treat. All of the staff there seem to be extremely young teenagers that stayed on their phones most the time and definitely not at the post they were supposed to be working at. My children got one piece of candy leaving the facility. Inside the facility there was absolutely no light, the food was overpriced and undercooked. I got a hamburger that was pretty much not cooked at all. I brought it back to the stand which again were young teenagers working at and the guy not realizing I was standing there decided to make comments about the fact that I brought it back. I paid nine dollars for a burger and fries and expected to get an actually cooked burger. Being that I am a 34-year-old woman I definitely did not expect to get disrespected the way that he did me. We drove two hours just to come here for trick-or-treating. So not only are we super disappointed but we wasted a 2 Hour Drive and my kids missed a year of...
Read moreWe went today for a field trip ..The group had a great time overall. It's set up by timed activities, which is nice. The story time utilized twice seemed a little much. Free time to explore would have been better in my opinion. There were no peanuts or plushy :( and short staffed so everyone was working in a hurry up mode. The staff was very nice and helpful. As a parent it seemed as though we were rushed around understandable but rushed out waa disappointing. The website and permission slip stated all children would receive a pumpkin but as soon as we got off the final activity we were told the bus was ready. No pumpkins. Never even had time to look at the pumpkin patch. (Rushed) We did not ride the bus home yet wanted to walk around and see things we missed. To our surprise we quickly learned the second the bus was loaded they would close everything around us. Literally started to close the corn box while my son was sitting in it.(Rushed again) I think in the future although you are only open weekdays for school maybe stay an extra hour for the parents that want to relax and enjoy the time without a mass of children. We did pay full price. Our next visit will be as a family on a 10-10 day, we...
Read moreLove cornmazes. Unfortunately this place this place requires you to buy tickets in advance online wich makes it hard if a family member or members fall ill before being able to attend the maze. At $20 almost with fees that's alot to swallow for a family of 5. They Should have a refund policy. Went with another family to a Friday evening event there and it was so dark the kids couldn't even see anything to participate. There was little they could participate in and it was empty and cold feeling honestly. I've been to alot of corn mazes coming from Michigan and they blow this place out of the water. The Jacksonvile Zoo puts on an amazing Halloween outing for $30. It's unfortunate as well that when anyone is dissatisfied that there is no follow up with trying to make a situation right. Definitely not worth the money and totally disappointed as we only ever pick one event during Halloween to attend. Amazing Grace try harder for us families who count on these events to make memories. Thank you will not...
