Beautiful location. It's a long drive up here on a gravel road, but pretty much any car can make it. When you get to the sharp bend in the road, park on the wide section (there's plenty of parking, don't worry). Walk slightly down the road (back the way you came) to find the trailhead, which is on the downslope side.
As other reviewers stated, it's a pretty steep trail, but not that long. Going down is relatively easy, although the trail is rough in places. The trail ends at the arch.
Not a lot to do once you reach the arch, but it has some beautiful views looking both directions through the arch. You can hear a stream far down the canyon and wind through the trees, but it's quiet otherwise.

It's hard to get good pictures of the are because the trail comes out right at the base of it and it's challenging to get the whole Arch in the pictures, but it's still a cool sight to see and it's easy enough for beginning hikers or people recovering from an injury. There is a pretty steep slope at the base of the Rock Arch so you'll want to be careful not to fall or slide down...
Read moreNot an easy hike, definitely not for young kids but the reward at the end is so worth the stroke I thought I was gonna have on the hike back up. Plus the absolutely stunning and amazing views of the cascades. Not to mention the whole reason for the hike... Seeing the spectacular wonder of this Natural Arch Rock Bridge takes your breath away ( that is, if you have any breath left after hiking down to it). Definitely will be doing this hike again soon. It would be nice to get a group together and go. So if anyone is interested, please reply in...
